  I booked a people's carrier and I was given a vehicle with a damaged in the bumper, a light was hanging. They told me ... ' do not worry your insurance cover will pay for this'. I decided to change the car but they only can offer a dirty van.

  They could not either vaccum the car properly. We I asked them to give me a complaint form they act very rude and did not want to give me.

  A mess. Too far away of the airport. The bus link just does not work. They are too picky with scratches... not worth the price difference.
